- Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship products only within India.
- We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses or internationally at this time.

- Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
- Express Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
- Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
- Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Free for orders above ₹500. For orders below ₹500, a shipping fee of ₹50 will apply.
- Express Shipping: A flat rate of ₹100 applies, irrespective of the order value.
- Any additional charges for delivery to remote locations will be communicated to you at the time of order confirmation.
- Order Processing
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after receiving the order.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and a link to track your order.
- You can also track your order status by logging into your account on our website.
- Delays and Issues
- While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, logistical issues, or other external factors. We will notify you of any significant delays.

- Damaged or Lost Items

- Address Changes

- Cancellations
